The Syllabub is a frothy, delicious citrus dessert and one of the most iconic British treats. It rose to prominence throughout the 16th and 19th centuries, coinciding with the rise and fall of Gin as a result of riots and political scandal._x000D_ Because the Syllabub is such a cultural treasure, we at Zymurgorium decided it was too fitting to pass up, so we went about creating a gin to match such a famous delight!
