We stick a bit to tradition here and make a spicy Sloe Gin with less sugar but higher content of Sloes to give a richer flavour of spice & plum. It's great as a wine spritzer especially with sparkling red wines, or on it's own either chilled in summer or stove heated in winter with a cinnamon stick.\nThe punchy flavour is a hit in many cocktails.

We cling to tradition by utilising sloes from the North West, including the Manchester green belt, Delamere Forest, Macclesfield, the Pennines, and Lancashire. Our formula has less sugar but more wild sloes and Gin, giving it a bold aroma of spice and plum. It's excellent as a wine spritzer or on its own, chilled in summer or mulled in winter with a cinnamon stick.
