MEGA DISCOUNT DASH GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

   Promoter
   
   MegaRetailer Ltd, Princess House, Princess Street, Rochdale, OL12 0HA, United Kingdom.

   Eligibility
   
   Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of MegaRetailer and their immediate families are not eligible.
   
3. 
   Promotion Period
   
   Opens 00:01 on 1st December 2025 and closes 23:59 on 10th December 2025. Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.
   
4. 
   How to Enter
   
   To enter the prize draw, participants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:
   
   a) Make a purchase in-store at MegaRetailer.
   
   b) Share a photo or video of their haul on a social media platform and tag MegaRetailer.
   
   c) The social media post must be publicly viewable at the time the winner is selected so MegaRetailer can verify the entry.
   

No purchase is required to post on social media, however an in-store purchase is required to enter this promotion.

   Entry Limits
   
   One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate, bulk, third-party or automated entries will be void.
   
2. 
   Prize
   
   One (1) Discount Dash experience. The winner will receive 60 seconds to dash along the aisles, fill their trolley and receive the items in the trolley for free, subject to the restrictions and exclusions below. No cash alternative or substitution. Prize is non-transferable.
   
3. 
   Prize Restrictions and Exclusions
   
   a) The Discount Dash will take place in the Rochdale MegaRetailer store on a date and time agreed with MegaRetailer.
   
   b) The winner must comply with all health and safety requirements and follow all staff instructions during the Discount Dash.
   
   c) Age-restricted products are excluded from the prize, including (without limitation) alcohol, tobacco, nicotine/vaping products and lottery products.
   
   d) Medicines, infant formula, gift cards, phone top-ups, payment cards, postage stamps and services are excluded.
   
   e) MegaRetailer may apply reasonable limits on quantities of individual items and may remove any excluded items from the trolley at checkout. Removed items will not be replaced or substituted.
   
   f) The prize covers only items placed in the trolley within the 60-second period and approved at checkout under these Terms.
   
   g) The winner is responsible for travel to and from the store and any personal costs.
   
4. 
   Winner Selection
   
   All valid entries will be entered into a random, computerised draw conducted on 15th December 2025. The draw will be verified by MegaRetailer representatives.
   
5. 
   Winner Notification
   
   The winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the prize being forfeited and reallocated to an alternate winner.
   
6. 
   Publicity
   
   By entering, participants agree that, if they win, their name and county may be used for announcement purposes. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity such as a photo or video in-store.
   
7. 
   General Conditions
   
   MegaRetailer reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
   
   Proof of posting is not proof of receipt or acceptance of entry by the Promoter.
   
   MegaRetailer’s decision is final in all matters.
   
   Nothing in these Terms limits MegaRetailer’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

   Data Protection
   
   Personal data will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with MegaRetailer’s Privacy Policy at https://www.megaretailer.com/pages/privacy-policy
   
   Data will be retained for no longer than 3 months after the promotion ends unless marketing consent has been given.
   
9. 
   Governing Law
   
   This promotion and these Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
